Toby Babich
President & CEO
Toby began his real estate career in 2001 as Realty Executives 100 agent, with a specialization in residential sales and valuations. In 2003, he and his wife, Lauretta, founded Realty Executives Integrity First. The startup company quickly grew into one of the most prominent brokerages in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As the principal owner and manager of the brokerage, Toby oversaw all aspects of marketing, finances, portfolio management, and operations.
In 2008, Lauretta and Toby relocated back to Breckenridge, Toby's hometown. In the Breckenridge area, Toby finds fulfillment through community and industry involvement, holding some of the most prominent certifications in the real estate industry, as well as seats on many boards and committees. Toby is a member of the Community Associations institute, where he holds Certified Manager of Community Associations designation as well as an Association Management Specialist designation. Additionally, Toby is an experienced real estate agent, holding an active Colorado License with a Resort and Second homes Property Specialist certification. Toby spends his free time with his wonderful family, skiing, working on and riding in his jeep, and volunteering his time to serve Breckenridge.
Lauretta Babich
General Manager
Lauretta oversees all aspects of reservations, housekeeping, owner services, guest services, and general operations. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a major in communications, holds a Colorado real estate license with a Resort and Second Homes Property Specialist (RSPS) designation, and is an active member of the Breckenridge Community. Lauretta truly enjoys people, and demonstrates proficient levels of customer service, but makes it look effortless. In her spare time, she enjoys raising her three little ones, belly dancing, and enjoying our mountain community.
